Chilis has always had this special place in my heart. It stood in the middle of my comfort zone. But unfortunately, last time i visited Chilis - CFC i was left unpleased with my dining experience. First of all, they raised the price of the dishes. Secondly, they reduced the portions. And thirdly, the food wasn't tasty and fresh as always. We left with the thought that we wont be back anytime soon :((
I was there yesterday, and i was very disappointed with the hygiene of the place. Al Bandar is an amazing place and Chili's is just making it look bad. The quality of waiters has gone down, their enthusiasmattitude stank. The food tasted alright, of course a Taco there is not really a Taco neither were the beef quiessadilllas! They need a revamp. The waiter's reaction to the hygiene lack thereof! point i made was way too easy going.
They are not good at all in beef platters. In several instances, they are extremely slow in their service. They serve some decent chicken dishes. Their mashed potatoes is tasty. Overpriced compared to their quality and to other american franchises in Egypt.
their services becoming worse with time, last time they served cold food and when we complained they heated it in the microwave which mad the taste awful and the juice was watery and they had no option than replace it with soda drinks, was really disappointing experience
I used to go to Chili's all the time, now it's in free fall over the past few years. The food quality is becoming worse, portions less, and service is really bad as well. Not sure if the value for service is equivalent to the quality of the time you spend there.
I have ordered nachos and it was really bad quality. The waiter spilled the drink on the table and ignored cleaning it until I have raised the issue. Some of the orders were not correct. The food quality is not special. I have given this place several chances and was never satisfied. One time I ordered chicken fajeta and it was grilled vegtables with sporadic shreds of chicken which you may or may not see.In my opinion it is so overrated
I've been eating in Chili's ever since it first opened in the 90's. The food is amazing and the portions are satisfactory. The only reason it's getting 4 stars is that it's become ridiculously expensive for some basic items... c'mon you can't charge LE 40 for tostada chips salsa. Price aside, they have a huge southwestern cuisine selection. Try the jack fajitas, bacon burger, top shelf filet, texas fries and country fried steak. Great food.
