Fuego The Japs..Ughh, yeah well, relative to us, they're kind of stupid. They reversed the equation by stuffing rice with seafood and called it Sushi. The Japenese ma7shi! And most people in Egypt automatically translate sushi into "Da samak naii! Leih akol samak naii? Kalb el ba7r ana?"..Well, there's way more grilled/fried sushi items than you can imagine. Over the past seven years, a lot of sushi places showed up on the food scene in Egypt, but there's one place who was the first to come up with the all you can eat sushi theory. Fuego, located in Maadi and they also have a branch at Zamalek but...The kiosk across the street is a bit bigger than that branch. It took me a lot of thinking and couting to do infront of a huge variety of sushi options to finally get my all you can eat order ready. A combination of Hot ura maki shrimp tempura, philadelphia roll, golden bermuda, dynamite roll, spider roll and a lot others, my order came out with a total of 50 pieces. The waiter was so friendly, he knew it was my birthday (Yes, that's how much I love sushi that I spend my birthday eating it), he came in a moderate timing with my sushi order with a birthday candle on it. Man, that's what I call customer service! The size of the pieces was a bit below average but come on, they're 50! I mean, it's like a loaded 7allet ma7shi but with sushi in it. They all tasted so good, the crunch of the cucumber bites, the creaminess of the philly cheese and the fine taste of the grilled seafood made an epic combination of flavors in my mouth, and the wide range of dipping varieties made it even way better. Spicy mayo, teriyaki, soy and even honey mustard sauce! I was literally dancing while eating this heavenly meal. Taste : 8.5 Price : 6.5 Portions (relevant to price) : 9 Service : 9 AVERAGE : 8
