Whenever I pass by KFC I think to myself '"Do I feel like spending half of the night and the following morning steaming and sweating in the Bathroom?"" If yes then I go ahead and grab me a Mighty Zinger. If no then I still go ahead for some weird reason and also grab that Mighty Zinger to regret that I ever did so the very next day.To be completely honest the Rehab City KFC branch is the worst of them all, the rest are still bad but not like the branch I am talking about.
With so many bad reviews for KFC, it's probably due to inconsistency between different branches. The Lebanon square branch serves decent food. Crispy, hot and tastes good. I have to say it was pretty bad years ago, somehow every time I order it keeps getting better. Just my two cents.
Dear Sir, I have been treated really in a miserable way from Manial branch and customer servicecomplaint employees. I requested an order and added a comment that the food came last time with a VERY bad quality and requested a better quality this time Couple of hours ago. I received the order unfortunately with the same bad quality like before, so I contacted Complaint department and they said they will change the order for me. I have been waiting for 2 hrs after receiving my first order and I contacted complaint department 3 times so far without any solution. I am extremely disappointed. KFC is losing a regular customer and if you checked your phone records you will know how frequent I order from your restaurant. Thanks for the miserable treatment and care for your customers. sometimes the chicken tastes AWFUL ! one time i even couldnt eat it .. it was very bad . i think the oil u fry the chicken in or something like that . and the fries.. alot of times it's as hard as rock and not even warm enough to eat .. and the bun are always bad,, try to improve it please
The service is awful...I made an order via otlob and kfc delivered it wrong...I called to complain and was told the branch manager will call in 10 minutes and 45 minutes later no one called so I called again..the branch manager called back 10 min later told him the problem he said he will send another order and I am to give the delivery boy the old order and I agreed...45 min later the order arrived in correct again..therefore I insisted on getting my money back and handed the order to the delivery boy...I didn't even get an apology call after two hours of calls and trying to get them understand in vain...
