I only started eating in Lucille's a year ago, and the only bad part is that I didn't know about it earlier. Their burgers are PERFECT, but what really sets them apart is their Iced Tea, with free refills you will certainly gain some weight after you're done.. but it feels and tastes so good you will never feel guilty about it.The place is cozy, and the prices are unbeatable! You will go back for more, granted!
We had Western BBQ Bacon Burger and Flame Burger they were both very good and highly recommended. I am looking forward to try their huge 660 gm burger which would definitely be a challenge to any burger lover. The quality of food is very good. However, we have also got Qasadias which was nothing special at all. It tasted plain cheese which was not horrendous but far from any proper Qasadias we have ever had before. The potato skins are really good as well.Looking forward to my coming visit.
I heard a lot about how great Lucile's burgers are from my friends, so I decided to go there with my family and give it a try. I tried the cheese burger and buffalo chicken strips on the side. The burgers are good, similar to Fudruckers though. Service was OK, though not very welcoming to young toddlers for some bizarre reason. One thing made me really uncomfortable though some customers were treating the restaurant as if it's a freaking library with shushing and creepy looks whenever my toddler made a sound, what made me even more uncomfortable was when one of the servers at the restaurant tried to sooth my 2 year old baby by giving him colors and asked him to stop making sounds. Very impolite if you ask me.If this is an '"adults only"" restaurant or a ""library style"" diner, you might as well put a banner on the front door.Bottom line for me food was good, atmosphere was NOT. I am not going there again.
I knew this place not so early, but ever since i go there every week! The breakfast and burgers are marvelous! and the pancakes..oh my! so tasty with this thick texture and maple syrup! Service is okay and atmosphere as well. It's a little bit pricey but worth it. You won't regret it.
Simply put u would never taste a better tasting burger. The meat is amazing always cooked well and perfectly juicy. I would recommend the mushrom burger along with chicken fingers and onion rings for starters. Breakfast is good but nothing specialexcept for the pancakes they're delicious.
I went specifically for the hypedup mushroom burger, but found it to be very dry and the bun to be overly soft. It truly reminded me of a McDonalds meal. Even before I started eating the burger, I tried the fries and said 'Wow, this tastes like McDonalds already!'. Everything on the menu is extremely overpriced omelettes with a side of potatoes are almost 50LE the same price as a burger?! Crave in Zamalek is far superior a flavorful burger and if you ask them enough times they'll eventually agree to cooking it medium rare or medium, the way a burger SHOULD be enjoyed.
I have never had a bad meal. The burgers are very good but so is the rest of their menu. The service very efficient the place is clean. It is not the cheapest menu around but the quality is worth it. The biggest problem is getting a seat at weekends, it is that popular.
