I called the Maadi branch and gave my order to a someone who seamed to barely pay attention to what I was saying. An hour later I still hadn't received my order so I called again to see what happened. All they said was, "oh sorry we'll send it now." At this point I'd had it with them but nonetheless I agreed. THEN!! If it wasn't enough, they called me like 10 minutes later telling me that what I'd ordered 2 hours ago was not available and asked if I wanted to buy anything els. OFCOARSE I DONT WANT ANYTHING ELS after they wasted 2 hours of my life. l could have eaten and gone to bed. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!
Mo'men is another textbook example of fast food places that spend zero time on maintaining acceptable standards for their products. They used to offer delicious and wellpriced subs. Whereas prices have been steadily going up understandable, the quality of food offered has been consistently going down in return, and steadily scrolling down from bad to worse. Here is my take If they do not care about the quality of their products, customers should not care either. Their only famous sandwich on menu Shish Tawook tastes so bad nowadays and the bun is half empty anyways. These people know nothing about the fierce competition in food industry and live in a totally different planet. Let them be and save your bucks for a better place.
