The fact that you can order with an iPad doesn't make up for the food quality. We have eaten much tastier and better presented sushi in Zamalek. Food was way too salty. The iPad messed up our order anyways and the sushi didn't look as appealing as you'd expect in a nice restaurant like Mori sushi. The staff and the atmosphere were really nice but I'd rather pay a 400LE bill for good food than sitting in a nice place. Overall way too disappointing for me to return or recommend to other people.
Mori changed the way I usually perceive sushi. I can safely admit that I am now addicted to sushi. The wide variety of dishes makes Mori on the top of my favorite sushi restaurants lists. I personally find their hot rolls and lemon rolls amazing and extremely delicious. Also, the steak quality is great for a Sushi restaurant. Mori's dessert menu choices are not many, they have around 5 or 6 options to choose from, but the good thing is, their Swiss Chocolate Fondant is very extremely addictive.
Ever since Mori first opened in Zamalek I have become seriously addicted to it. It is by far one of the best places to eat sushi in cairo, they have a huge variety that encourages experimenting each time you visit. My personal favorites are the Ura California and their dynamite rolls, the first thing you will notice however from their menu is how difficult it is choose from all the available dishes. If you enjoy the outdoors you might want to try the sequoia branch and have yourself some shisha while you're at it.
