I tried a simple tameya sandwich at El Rehab City Square branch and I must say that I was satisfied. The place is well organised and pleasant in its researched simplicity. Personnel prepared and friendly. Certainly a place to go if you want to eat high quality local food. Prices are acceptable. I alse tried the rice pudding but it was nothing really special.

I carry love for the name zooba ever since I was a little girl and I heard that song about that car called Zooba. Anyway, this is a brilliant restaurant concept for anyone who cringes at the sight of a "3arabeyet fool" but still secretly hopeso they had the guts to stand and much down bits of bread dipped in that Egyptian delicacy-ish. I do not eat fool nor Ta3meya, but the other possibilities are just as tasty. The fries sandwich with labna, arugula (gargeer) and tomatoes is lovely. The hawawshy is the right amount of cooked, crispy and succulent. The shakshooka is really good, too, but if you enjoy salty food, don't be afraid to sprinkle salt from the already supplied shaker at the table. The beef liver, too is a very good choice. Sogo2 is very good. As for the drinks, lemon mint is my regular choice, but if I'm feeling adventurous I usually opt for the strawberry basil or the mango Rosemary, which are okay, but aren't my favorites. Finally, elqombella is one of the most heavenly things I've ever tasted in my entire life. I like to call it the caviar of sweets. It's konafa, basboosa, rice pudding, nuts and dried fruits served in a mason jar. The tastes complement each other so well, don't be afraid to try it.

the quality and filling is not bad but its quite too pricey for the quality and service. I think it is too much and there are much nicer places which would serve the same at far more reasonable and value for money standards.

wonderful place, delicious oriental food & very expensive place, but i don't think it will be our first choice because of it's very bad prices (2 persons will coast from 100 to 160 EGP) for foul & ta3meya

Sorry but even if the food is tasty and the restaurant is in Zamalek, the prices are ridiculous. First and last time.
