palermo is my fav sandwich ever but this time it was cold and not properly cooked

The pizza is good, but the bottom gets soggy and even the cardboard gets damp. The end result isn't pleasant

After waiting two hours the pizza came upside down

al parollo sandwiches were very bad. the chicken was cold cuts and not real. the sandwiches were mostly empty and the bread was soggy and chewy. the salad was unsealed and leaked everywhere.

The argula on the pizza wasn't cleaned properly. it had a crunch like if it has dust/sand on it.

Very late delivery which is not the first time, and compensation offered by support made me more furious. Last time to use elmenus.

Was very bad,not near an italian pizza,never seen a vegitarian italian pizza loaded with mozzarella, the vegetables were not grilled they were cooked..was really horrible
