I order 2 mix coffee Carmel I got one coffee and one Carmel

the store didn't accept my order in the beginning & I had to check with elmenus CS to call the restaurant & ask them to accept the order. I recieved the order 1 hour late from the original estimated time. The packages are not labeled as usual.
