Cup is covered with low quality paper under the cap that melted into the drink, should’ve used plastic wrap instead.

the coffee wasn't hot, didn't have any wooden spoon nor sugar with it and lid was open and the cup wasn't full...

Best coffee and packaging, but the milk was full cream not skimmed

not as hot as expected and the deafult coffee u are using is very acidic and bitter .. but i liked the carefull packging
