wrong item delivered

i ordered iced mocha, it came hazelnut chocolate

first thing i got a wrong item ice instead of hot Spanish coffee, then they came back to replace it after putting a complaint via customer service and they delivered Spanish coffe with the wrong milk type ..

I put an instruction that i want the drink blended not cubes and I recieved it cubes

الساندوتشات فاضية ولا تستحق المبلغ والقهوة كذلك

الكوباية مش نظيفة حتي الكفر اللي فوقيها عليه قهوة ناشفة مش نضيف والكوباية مش نضيفة

الكوفي جاي اللبن فيه قاطع والساندوتش قولتله مش عايزه فيه طماطم ولاقيته حاططها بردو

أنا طلبت size اكبر من اللي وصلني
