I had a terrible experience with the application. They delivered to the wrong location, and no one offered any support. I was fasting and didn’t get to eat for three hours as a result.

I called the driver to find that he was waiting more than 30 minutes as restaurant does not have the order. I tried to send to el menus support but I couldn't as the chat was not working. so I called the restaurant 3 times till order was sent.

Missing item the box came but the extra sandwich did not come
