Not what I chose from the app! Even when they called me to choose something else, the turkey sandwich wasn’t nice

I didn't ask for my sandwich to heat it. I wanted it fresh. I don't like its taste like that and it is very stiff

I was charged 40 EGP and too late and too small

I ordered sandwiches, the hotdog sandwich was like eating a stone!! The other sandwiches weren’t fresh ..

Some menu items aren’t available, my whole order changed but they did reach out. Please remove the menu items you don’t have to avoid customer dissatisfaction.

Ordered food and waited for 2 hours just for them to say that half of my order isn’t available when they could’ve declined in the first place.
