Kansas Fried Chicken

They send me 4 small chicken strips instead 3 chicken pieces in drip box bad experience

Food was of bad quality Not my order I called the manager after I took his number from the driver He was very rude and he didn’t want to deliver the right order

worst experience ever, package came opened, rise all over the bag, fries already eaten, too cold, no spoon or fork for the rice, order was delivered 45 min late... i dont recommend it at all

الفراخ مكنتش اسبايسي اصلا ولا كان فيها تتبيلة كويسة يعتبر منعدمة !! حقيقي كانت تجربة مش الطف حاجة خصوصا إن دي اول مرا اجرب من عندكم.

restaurant called me and asked for extra 30 EGP delivery fees I refused so the order was 50 mins late and missed salad which has almost the same value then they didn't close the order to avoid my escalation

aggressive manager, poor management and outdated menus . horrible food

After 1:30 hours of accepting and preparing the order. The restaurant called me to tell me i am outside of their delivery zone

حجم الساندويتش صغير جدا لكن الطعم جيد

The sandwich was not even warm. It was literally cold, and the order took too long until it arrived.

I didn't get the extras I have ordered , so they took extra money for nothing in return.
