Order was late and the cake layer was not good attached from hot weather

The order was in a mess and overlaped

Got an apple cake instead of the date cake

i oredered 2 desserts , one if them was spilled all over and the delivery wrapped it to hide the mess

طعمها مش حلو خالص والخامات اي كلام وسعرها الف جنيه لا يتناسب مع الجوده نهائي

يعني ادفع في توصيل قد كده و انتو جمبي عشان توصلني مقلوبة و متبهدله و انا كنت هديها مع هدية !!!!!

why are most of the items unavailable in this branch...

علي عكس تارت المارس وتارت التويكس تارت النيوتيلا مش حلوة خالص ومحتاجة مراجعه قوامها مش هش ذي النوتيلا ولا نوع الشيكولاته المستخدمه حلو وحتي جزء اللوتس سيء بصراحة مستهاهلش المبلغ اللي إدفع فيها

I can't believe the taste, and the quality!! it was very bad, very unexpected. will never buy again from Tortina! VERY EXPENSIVE AND NO CAKE! ONLY creme!

Order was missing 2 mini sandwiches boxes of 3 ordered and no one notified me before debiting the money from the visa

Packaging was so bad that the cake got stuck to the sides of the box

There was a hair in the food

Cake was not fresh I payed 600 EGP and cake is very bad

They brought a different cake. I ordered ice cream they brought regular cake and it wasn’t even good.
