The customer service is useless

Very good

I waited an hour plus and got a hot spanish latte instead of ice, really bad service

The order was missing the cookies The sandwich was cold

I didn't receive the order!!!! ... and the order took 2 hours and i already requested to be cancelled !!! ... i want to make a report and it's gonna be the last time for me to order

After almost an hour I got the wrong order -iced spanish instead of hot- and the branch argued that this order isn’t available in hot it’s iced by default

Plastic flavor in the coffee

The wrapping of the americano was not done properly so it seeped through it till the cup wilted. And the hot chocolate and mocha do not taste good at all. In addition to the inexcusable amount of preparation and delivery time.

the caramel flavour is soo weak in the cappuccino and the Spanish late wasn't that good

it was spilled and the led is not closing properly and keeps spilling while drinking taste is not as good as usual yesterday’s order was amazing today’s order is very disappointing
