The coffee didn’t taste good.

Bagel wasn’t a regular bagel and was super cold not as expected

I asked for half shot of expresso .. wrote it down in the notes Check it next time

I didn't receive the order!!!! ... and the order took 2 hours and i already requested to be cancelled !!! ... i want to make a report and it's gonna be the last time for me to order

الكباية كانت مخرومة. نصها مدلوق، و بهدلت هدومي والعربية

After almost an hour I got the wrong order -iced spanish instead of hot- and the branch argued that this order isn’t available in hot it’s iced by default

Plastic flavor in the coffee

The wrapping of the americano was not done properly so it seeped through it till the cup wilted. And the hot chocolate and mocha do not taste good at all. In addition to the inexcusable amount of preparation and delivery time.
