Delivery’s lady was so slow and did not move towards the restaurant on time and got here very very late and the food was so cold because of that , I would have received the order by 7:01 instead I got it by 7:55 pm!!

I waited like 2 hours to receive my food and i ordered the food 2 times and the restaurant canceled the order because of wrong in price from them in app and late delivery and late replies by support of menus everything was totally 0 and bad

it was so small and the quantity was poor

الاوردر جاى ناقص وقدمت شكوى ومفيش حاجه حصلت

قال مفيش فكه ورجعلى 200جنيه وقاللى اجيب 100اخدهاومشى المفروض كان يرجع 10جنيه من نفسه كده المفروض لو عايزه أعطى اكراميه أقول بنفسي مش ياخدها من نفسه اخدنى فى دوكه اخد500جنيه والمفروض490

ليه غيرتوا الطريقه بصراحه مش حلوة خالص

الطعام جيد ومذاقه رائع ولكن تاخر الطيار يؤدي لاكل البيتزا شبه بارده وهذا غير جيد ولكن البيتزا رائعه

الكل بارد مثلج الحجم مش وسط خالص ده المفروض ده عرض ينزل علي الحجم الصغير واخر مره اطلب او اروحلهم مستوي سئ وتحايل علي البيع باسم العروض

I did NOT order stuffed crust pizza. you added 228 egp to my order. I specifically told the person who called me from elmenus that I want THIN, not stuffed crust. it's also very clearly stated in my comment on the app. I sent the pizza back. failure
